Opened in June 2020. Trattoria dining is filled with the spirit of Southern Italy. The concept is based on the popular Italian restaurant that was open for 9 years near the southside of Fukuchiyama Station. The owner has updated the restaurant with a stronger focus on cooking. The owners decided on an intimate setting with just three tables and eight seats in order to pay close attention to the customers’ dining experience and create high-quality cuisine. The ingredients are sourced from Fukuchiyama and nearby areas. Meat and fish are purchased from people the owner knows and trusts, and vegetables can are purchased by the chef himself, who goes to the farm to see the ingredients in order to make the day’s menu. The dishes are made up of various appetizers that are truly diverse and seasonal. Grilled zucchini marinade, home-made raw ham sott’ olio, broccoli stufato and more. The chef’s credo is to trust in the ingredients, so the customers can focus solely on the dining experience.

Italian cooking focuses on dishes rooted in the land. I was amazed by the food in Naples and have gone more than 10 times after training locally. Inheriting the spirit of the land, we would like you to enjoy the seasonal specialties of Fukuchiyama through our dishes. It is a restaurant with an atmosphere that feels like a cozy dining room in a renovated folk-house. Lunches range from set meals to pasta and a la carte fish dishes. For dinner, you can leave the menu to the chef, or you can choose your favorites and eat in a laid-back izakaya style.
