Have a memorable dining experience with friends and family, with dishes that are as discerning as they are artistic

Specializing in Italian cuisine, IL PAZZINI is a restaurant popular with locals, especially for special occasions. The atmosphere lends itself to lively conversations, amidst either casual meals or celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries. Of course, the main attractions are the Naples inspired dishes the chef creates. Authentic Napoli Pizza is made in a wood-fired kiln which was brought in directly from Naples before the building was even finished being built. There are about twenty different pizzas, including the margherita, Margo Rosso with local seafood, and a white pizza. A glass of wine, 490 yen, goes well with all of the dishes served here. For those who want a taste of Japanese-cuisine, the charcoal grilled chicken is highly recommended!

from the chef:

When I was a child my dream was to become a chef. At nine years old, I started attending cooking classes with adults. As an adult, I practiced my craft in Osaka and returned to my hometown. What surprised me was that the farmers here were very enthusiastic about not using pesticides and were willing to try growing new vegetables. Fukuchiyama is the only place where you can have a direct conversation with the producer and cook with fresh vegetables. Looking back, the first dish I made as a child was Vongole Bianco. I think it was fate to become a chef specializing in Italian food!
