Takeno Sake Brewery and Restaurant Nawaya ultimate sake and cuisine pairing

Options range from dining in Takeno Brewery’s private bar, or in the Japanese modern Nawaya. Cuisine and sake can be custom selected across the number of courses, and by the exclusivity of the sake offered. The brewery produces limited runs of sake that evolves in flavor. For customers who want to know a little more, you can tour the brewery, or spend the morning with Nawaya’s head chef as he forages, selects fish, and cooks

Nippon Genshosha katana swordsmiths and Tamiya Raden mother-of-pearl weaving

Options range from smithing and weaving demonstrations all the way up to ordering your own custom-forged katana with all the accoutrements. More than just swords, Nippon Genshosha produces a variety of items made with the ore used to make real katana. Jewelry, accessories, art, and even guitar pics are available. It is even possible to commission work if you have an idea that is forgeable.
